Click "Register for free" on the homepage. Enter your first name, email address and a password. Registration takes less than a minute and is completely free.

Go to "Settings" in your profile and select "Change password". You'll receive a link by email to set a new password. You can also use the "Forgot password" option on the login page.

Yes. You can deactivate or permanently delete your account at any time under "Settings → Delete account". All your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Click "Verify profile" in your profile and follow the instructions. Verification increases your credibility and is shown to other users. It usually takes a few hours.

💬 Messages

Open someone's profile and click "Send message". Write a personal message – this significantly increases your chances of a reply. Be friendly, honest and original!

Yes, sending and receiving messages is included in our basic plan. Premium members benefit from additional features like read receipts and advanced search filters.

Make sure you're in the right inbox. Messages sometimes land in your "Requests" folder. Also check your notification settings so you don't miss any messages.

Yes. Click the menu (three dots) on the person's profile and select "Block". Blocked users can no longer send you messages or view your profile.

🔒 Safety

Click "Report" on the user's profile or use our report form. Our team reviews every report and acts quickly. Your identity remains completely anonymous.

Block the person immediately and file a report using our form. Keep messages as evidence. Our team is available around the clock and acts immediately on serious violations.

Never share your address, phone number or bank details via the platform. Meet new contacts in public places first. Read our safety tips for more advice.

No. Your email address is never publicly visible. It is used exclusively for account confirmation and important notifications. We do not sell your data.

💳 Subscription

With a free account you can create your profile, discover other singles and send messages. Premium gives you advanced search filters, read receipts and a profile boost.

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time under "Settings → Subscription". The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and SEPA direct debit. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and secure.

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on your first Premium purchase. Contact our support team at support@singles-portal.com to request a refund.
